Your Satisfaction as our Customer is important to us. All items offered by us are made by Manufacturers who are known to us. All items are Quality controlled to ensure that they are finished to the highest standard. Items will be Hallmarked as per the guidance of the UK Assay Office

 

Returns Refunds

If for any reason you wish to return for refund, please email us first at sales@silverchainwholesale.co.uk. Outlining your reason for requesting a refund. We are a wholesale company and our product is Sterling Silver with quoted widths and weights with an image so we discourage frivolous returns for refund unless faulty.

We will issue refund upon inspection of Goods.

All items shipped within the UK are subject to VAT – Currently 20%.
